Carroll Shelby's Shelby American Museum in Las Vegas, NV We received an invitation in Spring, 1999 to bring the Shelby to the Shelby American Museum, located at the Las Vegas International Raceway. It was in the museum in May, 1999. This was quite a thrill to have our car surrounded by Carroll Shelby's personal collection of Shelby's, Cobras and other exotic vehicles. Above - we had to enter the museum showroom through the double front doors. At right is the Shelby at the Shelby American Loading Dock where we took it off it's enclosed trailer. Below is the car in it's place on the museum floor. |
